Habitat Activities
Located in central Ontario, Algonquin Park is situated in a transition zone between northern boreal and southern hardwood forests. This blend of different forest types gives Algonquin Park a unique blend of northern and southern flora and fauna. For some of Algonquin's animals the Park represents the limits of either their northern or southern range.
